Resource Editor

This is a small tool for editing the properties and relationships of "resources". Resource refer to components of a model that represent how an intervention is performed. For example: workforce, medicines, diagnostics, equipment. Resources are represented as nodes connected by links. These are typically hierarchical. For example: an intevention might have visits, which have actions, which have tasks, which require resources. We call this a graph.
